Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Scope

We ship within the United States (including AK, HI, and PR). International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom/personalized items may take 5–7 business days.

4. Fee Calculation

  • Orders under $50: $8 standard shipping.
  • Oversized items (e.g., outerwear) may incur additional fees, displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track packages via the carrier’s site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Remote Locations

Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas may experience delays.

7. Delivery Requirements

  • Orders over $200 require signature confirmation.
  • If no one is present, carriers will leave a redelivery notice.

8. Lost/Damaged Packages

Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for lost/damaged orders. We’ll assist with carrier claims or replacements.
