1. Delivery Scope
We ship within the United States (including AK, HI, and PR). International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom/personalized items may take 5–7 business days.

4. Fee Calculation
- Orders under $50: $8 standard shipping.
- Oversized items (e.g., outerwear) may incur additional fees, displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track packages via the carrier’s site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
6. Remote Locations
Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas may experience delays.
7. Delivery Requirements
- Orders over $200 require signature confirmation.
- If no one is present, carriers will leave a redelivery notice.
8. Lost/Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for lost/damaged orders. We’ll assist with carrier claims or replacements.
