At Urban Odyssey Apparel, our return policy spans 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

    • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
    • Gift cards, digital downloads, and custom-made items
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Required Proof: A valid receipt or order confirmation is needed for all returns.

Refund Process

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Costs

Gift Returns

  • Gifts Marked as Such: You’ll receive a gift credit via email once the return is approved.
